Manufacturing Capabilities

Garrick Fabrications Ltd has a continual investment policy that ensures keeping up with the latest technology and remaining competitive in the manufacture of sheet metal components. Our production facilities include state of the art CNC laser profiling, punching & press brakes. We have 2 lasers onsite one of which is our Fanuc 5kw linear laser that is capable of very accurate high speed production.

Welders qualified to "ASME IX coding" for aluminium and carbon steel. We gained BSI 5750 accreditation in 1987, and have progressively upgraded this to our current accreditation ISO 9100:2003 (AS9100) and ISO 9001: 2008 with approval for the manufacture of aircraft cabin furniture and assemblies. We are part of the Aerospace Sector Certification Scheme and are registered with the OASIS database. We have invested heavily in our laser profiling and cutting facilities.
