Rainwater Goods

Through its successful completion of entire building envelope Garrick Fabrications has developed a wide range of Aluminium Rainwater Goods.

We manufacture an extensive collection of aluminium gutter and down pipe systems including Ogee, Classic, Half Round, Box, and Raked Box with fully welded corners and tee sections available for all profiles. Each system delivers a unique style and functional design characteristics.

As part of our full envelope service, internal gutters are available for integration into Garrick Fabrications soffit systems.

All profiles are fully supported by a wide range of fixing methods, cap ends and hoppers for square, rectangular. round and security drop pipes. Garrick Fabrications offer mesh gutter guards to prevent blockages.

Garrick Fabrications coatings include Polyester Powder Coating, Synthia Pulvin, Colorcoat and PVF2.

In addition to standard profiles Garrick Fabrications also uses modern fabrication technology combined with time-honoured skill to produce press formed aluminium profiles according to specific architectural design in lengths up to 4m. Alternative substrates include pre-coated steel, galvanised steel and stainless steel.

A full technical back up service is available and Garrick Fabrications is pleased to be involved with our clients during the project design stage to provide complete engineering solutions to individual requirements.

Windows & Doors

Garrick Fabrications Ltd designs, manufactures and installs doors and windows for both the commercial and industrial sectors.

Our strategic partnerships with several aluminium system manufacturers provide a diverse range of products to suit the financial budgets of the proposed projects. Garrick systems can be adapted to provide unusual shapes and configuration in aluminium, steel and stainless steel materials. In addition we also offer a variety of finishes to compliment the design of the envelope system of the building such as:

Garrick Fabrications Ltd represents the most comprehensive range of curtain wall systems available in the UK today.

Where the façade design demands high performance, a range of mullion and transom options are available to achieve varying structural values for maximum spans, whilst ensuring sight line continuity. Various stack joint options are also available.

Achitectural Louvres and Brise Soleil

The extensive range of Architectural Louvres and Solar Shading demonstrates the ability to turn architectural design concepts into reality. The creative knowledge of our research and development department provides an unequalled service for the Architect, Designer and Management Contractor. The professional approach to the product construction and the integration of both technical and aesthetical requirements results in a comprehensive and versatile range of equipment. Garrick Fabrications louvre systems are totally flexible and can accomodate a host of architectural features including continuous line appearance, access doors, penthouse louvres and custom designs in intricate configurations and all sizes.

The creative flair of our design office extends to harmonising louvres and solar shading with adjacent faetures such as Edwardian and Victorian buildings. Garrick Fabrications has extensive experience in supplying designs that meet with the approval of Architects, Interior Designers and in many instances the Department of Heritage.

Our collection includes architectural steel louvres designed to provide a full hour of fire integrity, commissioned, designed and installed for the GBP 1,000,000.00 project at White City for Westfield Shopping Towns Ltd.

Fire Rated Doors

Acoustic and fire rated doors are designed primarily for internal use and suitable for fire resistance purposes in commerical auditorium theatres.

ULTIMA door sets are designed and manufactured to ISO 9000 Quality Assurance standards and have been fully tested at Warrington Fire Research Centre to BS:476 Part 22 & BS.EN 1634-1 for periods of up to 4 hours of integrity.

Omega Doors certification is summarised in a comprehensive WFRC Global Assessment No. C118458 for the following Quality Assurance standards and have been tested at Warrington Fire Research Centre to BS:476 Part 22 & BS.EN 1634-1 for periods of up to 4 hours of integrity.

Over four decades of experience in the full design process- from concept prototypes to versatile multi production units has enabled the Garrick Fabrications team to develop a range of innovative designs of securevents© to accomodate the design needs of Architects and Developers. The principle requirement was to fulfil the demanding role of high profile product development whilst producing an Architectural interface and faundamentally achieving a secure unit.

Garrick Fabrications products were specifically developed to accomodate all variables of window design and configurations. The range allows for dual colour, aluminium/ wood interfaces and bespoke products in both motorised and pneumatic versions.

Skids & Guards

Garrick clients include some of Europes leading air conditioning companies. Consistently meeting their requirements have positioned Garrick Fabrications as a major player in the field of design and manufacture of transport skids, crash frames and guarding systems for commercial portable air conditioning equipment.

A European client in the Portable Aire Conditioning Rentals Industry commissioned Garrick to identify the major issues with regard to the security and safety of large chilling units and to design and produce the required equipment to satisfy their stringent quality controls. This challenge resulted in advances in strength and weight capabilities and as these units were frequently used at venues such as sporting events, public safety and resistance to vandalism were also factored into the design and manufacture.

Garrick Fabrications also has vast experience in the the design and manufacture of transportation skids, crash frames and guarded housing systems in sizes ranging from 1.2m to 7m long for major clients throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. Our products now feature state of the art anti-vibration mounts and pads and anti-roll buffers throughout. We also manufacture acoustics for a variety of equipment including compressors and generators.

Garrick Fabrications continue to push boundaries of design and manufacture and our developments in tooling and the introduction of CAD-CAM have greatly increased our design capacity. A great example of design and manufacture complimenting each other can be found in our perforated guards that offer greatly improved air flow to the coils combined with the ability to incorporate aesthetically pleasing perforation patterns.

Ice Rinks

Garrick Fabrications has been established as a major design house for the HEVAC rental sector in the development and manufacture of ice rink matrixes for this highly innovative market.

The products have been maticulously developed to provide solutions for the promotion of the hire of ice rinks in the rental industry.

The services provided relate to supply of the ice rink matrixes, the understructure and the ballustrading. A more recent development is the unique progression of an ice rink full assembly from a stationary venue.
