The manufacturing hub of the company is based on CAD design facilities interfacing with CNC production processes ensuring continuity, accuracy and reduction of lead times. Mordern technology is supplemented by traditionally skilled workers who are fully trained and qualified to operate within all of Garrick Fabrications disciplines.
The St.Helens facility has invested heavily in state of the art machinery as well as a sophisticated computer aided manufacturing system that is fully integrated within the manufacturing procedures.
The system infrastructure is unique and creates a link with all associated departments to provide full management control of orders from costing, engineering drawings, design review, production planning, product manufacture, progress reporting, analysis, bill of quantity, through to financial review and appraisal.
