Garrick Fabrications has an in-house design and prototype department to create customers innovative concept products into reality.

The initial concept is developed and serviced by component design experts who create 3D images for the clients review. These illustrate the configuration of the product for the benefit of the client.

At this stage of the design client meetings are progressed to establish the development of the product to final acceptance and approval.

Subsquently, sample prototype units are manufactured to establish the feasibility of the approved sample in its working environment prior to batch production.

The development stages of the product are clinically recorded by Radan and Redthorn software to create a historical analysis of the product development.
